Listed below is the minimum food that we try to package for an average family. Larger families receive the same items, only more; single individuals receive a little less.
When we have donated items in our Pantry that are not on the list, we add them to the grocery orders that we pack.
When we are low on items, we may have to drop something off the list until we get additional donations.

1 Package of frozen chicken
1 Loaf of bread
1 lb of Pasta
1 Pasta Sauce
2 Cans Soup
2 Macaroni and Cheese
1 or 2 lb rice
2 can beans
1 Jar Peanut Butter
1 Jar Jelly
1 Can of Fruit or Jar of Applesauce
2 Cans Vegetables
1 Can of Tuna
1/2 Dozen Eggs
1 box of cereal or 4 Instant Breakfast Cereal envelopes
Paper goods, cleaning supplies, personal care (if available)
You can help us by donating any of the above items. When you shop for your weekly groceries, add a few cans of tuna or vegetables or perhaps a few boxes of macaroni and cheese. These are usually not expensive and, with sales, can be quite inexpensive.
Donate as much or as little as your means allow. We appreciate every single item that we receive. Our drop off location is listed on the Contact Us page. Or email us and we'll arrange a pickup.
